If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or experience with Soap Silly, please contact us immediately and we will do what it takes to rectify the situation.

Once your order is placed we will send you an email confirming your order. Orders are currently being shipped within 7-10 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the Delivery Confirmation or tracking number to track your package. (U.S. Residents only).

PLEASE NOTE: During the busy holiday season we may not send emails out with your delivery confirmation number. Please email us if you need your order rushed.

There is a $15.00 fee for rushed orders.

Our on-line store is open 24 hours/7 days a week. You can shop on-line at anytime - unless otherwise posted. Business Hours are 10am to 4pm PST Monday through Friday.

All major holidays are observed.

Sales Rep

*The independent sales representative will introduce our products to retail locations. This can be department stores, spas, beauty salons, boutiques and gift stores.

* Bonus for sales rep with the highest sales in a month

What we do:

* Process the orders and ship them to the customer * Calculate the total sales for the month and pay out the commissions. * Total sales = amount of items only, does not include any shipping or sales tax collected on orders.

The sales month is defined as the first day of the calendar month and runs until the last day of the calendar month.

By the 5th of each month, your total sales (excluding shipping and taxes) will be calculated and you will be notified of the total via email.

Experience is required.

How to order

Use our online shopping cart to place orders securely and safely. We currently do not have a physical retail store. We also do not offer any catalogs at this time.

If you'd like to place an order via email or over the phone instead of using our secure shopping cart. Email us your phone number and we will call you within 24 hours.

You can call us as well with your order, most likely our fax line will be on. If this is the case, please feel free to fax us your order.

* Secret Pal Orders

Shipping will be a flat rate of $8.50 to shipping within the 50 United States. This will include delivery confirmation and insurance of your order. This does not apply to International orders.

Shipping is to anywhere in the United States. Shipping is a flat rate of $8.50. Free shipping is offered for orders over $150. International orders are different rates, but exact shipping. International orders over $150 get a discount on shipping. All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Insurance and Delivery Confirmation or via FedEx. Free shipping specials do NOT apply to wholesale orders.

You may state in the comments section if you'd prefer FedEx or USPS. Otherwise, we will choose the shipping method for you. For faster shipping, we recommend FedEx during the busy holiday season.

We also ship to Canada via FedEx. All International orders may require additional money for shipping. A separate email will be sent.

PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT ship orders to Nigeria.

TAT (Turn Around Time)

Current turn around time is 2-3 weeks. Turn around time is subject to change per the below.

We always try our very best to send orders out in a timely manner, but please keep in mind that each Soap Silly Bath & Body order is made to order based on the customer's specifications (with the exception of handmade soaps). Due to the custom nature of our products (scrubs, lotions, body butters, bubblebath cupcakes, bath bombs), our turn around time may be slightly longer than what you are used to for off the shelf products, but we hope that the wait is worth it for our wonderful fresh, fun and unique products.

Orders are made and processed on a first come, first served basis (with the exception of rush orders).

Turn around time is estimated from the day you place your order to the day it ships, and does not include the actual transit time, holidays or weekends.

Transit time will vary depending on location and carrier used (FedEx or USPS).

We do our best to predict current turn around time, but it is subject to change if we receive a high volume orders.

Meltable products

Although we cannot guarantee that your products will not melt during shipment. If you live in warmer climates, we recommend waiting until the cooler months to purchase meltable products such as body butters, lip balms or lotion bars.

Order 2 and store one if the refrigerator for later use.

Do you Ship to P.O. boxes?

Only when an order is shipped via USPS. FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. If in doubt, please contact us at email@soapsilly.com.

Canceling or Modifying Orders

Before you finalize your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping cart.

You may cancel your order via email within 24 hours of having placed it.

Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order will be in a "Processing" status.

Your order is then "Sent to Warehouse," entering the shipping process almost immediately. The only time that you can cancel or modify your order is during "Processing" status. Once your order enters the shipping process by being "sent to the warehouse," no further changes can be made. You must call Customer Service or email us immediately to make any changes to your order when it is in "Processed" status.

If the order has been "Sent to Warehouse," we are unable to cancel or modify your order.

Why was my order canceled?

Your order may have been canceled with or without cause. If it was necessary to cancel your order, we would send an e-mail Notice to the e-mail address you provided. Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If any items are missing from your order or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours. In the event that an order is sent back to us, there will be a 20% restocking fee, regardless. If an order requires a refund, shipping will NOT be refunded.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your product purchases. However, due to the nature of the products we can only accept returns on items that are unused, untested and new. This means the seal can not be broken or opened. We do not accept exchanges.

Tell us the nature of the damage or mis-shipped item. Please retain all receipts and shipping supplies for USPS or FedEx inspection.

Please note: Only items purchased through www.soapsilly.com may be accepted for any returns. We will not refund or exchange any items purchased at any store or online location other than our website www.soapsilly.com.

We will not issue credit on unauthorized returns. All merchandise returned without authorization will be discarded.

Samples

From time to time we offer samples. Due to the fact that we are a privately owned and operated business, we can only offer one sample per purchase. These samples are end cuts of our soaps.

You must place a purchase in order to get a sample. We are currently only offering samples with purchase. Only one sample per purchase. We appreciate your understanding.

Wholesale

We are accepting wholesale orders at this time. Current processing time for wholesale orders is 1-4 weeks. This depends upon availability of items ordered.

We do offer wholesale accounts. If inquiring please email us with your name, a valid address, phone number, email address and State Tax Id Number so that we may verify the information. All information will be verified. You can fax the information to us at 661.670.0250.

Our current wholesale minimum is $200.00 and $100.00 for reorders. Minimum quantity for each item is 10 per item, per scent.

For International wholesale orders, our wholesale minimum is $500.00.
